Not meeting terms of delivery

Sometimes the terms of delivery are not met. To ensure that the processing of other items is not negatively affected by this, we drew up guidelines for a number of terms. Below, you can read more about the consequences of these rules and how you can make sure your deliveries meet these terms.

If you have received a card or a fine, then you will receive an email about this. They will also appear in your seller dashboard, in your daily report, or at the relevant shipment underneath the ‘Artikelen’ tab > ‘Mijn Lvb-zendingen’. You’ll recognize it from the yellow bar indicated with the shipment in the overview.

Something went wrong while delivering your shipment, which unfortunately meant we had to refuse it. In the overview below, you will find solutions to ensure that next time, your shipment will be accepted in one go.

Overview of fines

In some cases, the distribution center ensures that your shipment is still processed even though it does not meet the terms of delivery. In the cases below, this does, however, result in a fine.
