CEVA Logistics, a global player in third‑party logistics, provides worldwide supply‑chain solutions that connect people, items, and service providers. We offer a wide range of end‑to‑end, customized solutions in contract logistics and transport. We are active in over 170 countries worldwide, supported by approximately 110,000 employees and > 1,700 locations. CEVA Logistics is part of the CMA CGM Group, a global player in sea‑, land‑, air‑, and logistics solutions. This makes us one of the largest third-party logistics providers.

In Europe, CEVA Logistics has over 300 warehouse‑locations, spread across 43 countries, including all 27 member states of the European Union and the United Kingdom. In the Benelux, CEVA Logistics has 36 locations with a total area of more than 1 million square meters.

Our Benelux contract logistics‑locations support a wide range of logistics needs, varying from dedicated and multi‑user solutions for B2B‑, B2C‑, and omnichannel‑fulfilment. In addition to contract logistics, CEVA also offers services in the field of transport and customs clearance, enabling bonded warehousing, among other things. Furthermore, we have our own IT solutions, including a WMS and TMS, which are customized to best meet the customer's needs. These tools provide better insight, improved stock management, and efficient warehouse operations. With this combination of a strong network, integrated services, and smart tools, we help customers scale faster, simplify their logistics, and build an efficient, complete end-to-end supply chain.

CEVA Logistics is one of the largest logistics service providers worldwide for various online platforms. Within the Benelux, we have been bol's logistics partner for 27 years. Our partnership dates back to the start of bol and has always focused on fully managing and continuously improving the logistics operation.

Over the past decades, we have grown together to the scale and performance achieved today. This has been made possible by continuous innovation and extensive automation, allowing us to consistently meet strongly growing volumes and increasingly high customer expectations.

CEVA has extensive knowledge and experience within all bol item categories. Thanks to our in-depth understanding of bol's wishes and requirements, we can guarantee reliable and high-quality service. For example, we currently achieve next-day delivery with a cut-off time of 11:59 PM for orders via the website and achieve a fulfilment KPI score of >99%.

In addition to the fulfilment center, we also manage the entire logistics operation of bol's return center. Here, we process and assess returns. Our specialized and professionally trained team is able to identify fraud and, where necessary, perform minor repairs to restore items to the best possible condition. We also assist with the handling of items that are no longer suitable for regular sale.

At CEVA, we believe in acting for a better tomorrow. Through various initiatives, we focus on 'acting for people, acting for planet, and acting for fair trade'. For example, many of our warehouses are equipped with solar panels and LED lighting, and we organize an annual Sustainability Week.

In addition, we work with customers who have sustainability certifications such as B Corp and EcoVadis. We understand the importance of this and actively support audits related to supply chain responsibility to achieve or maintain certifications.
