Wuunder is active in the Benelux and Germany and has over 50 team members. The number of orders and the size of your product range are not important to Wuunder. • With Wuunder, you can continue to use existing carrier contracts or choose a contract with Wuunder itself.
• Extra delivery options for your customers mean NO extra worries for you. The proactive customer service department contacts the carrier and the recipient in case of problems such as delays, damage, or incorrect addresses. You don't have to do anything yourself!
• In the Wuunder dashboard, you have 1 clear overview of your shipments, where you can, among other things, track the progress of your shipments.
• Recipient address details are validated during booking, so returns are avoided.
• You can automatically arrange pickup times for your shipments (from yourself, customer, or supplier) or choose a fixed pickup time.
• With 1 click, you can print all shipping labels or send them to the supplier or the recipient (in case of a return).
• Easily generate handover lists that can be signed by the driver. This way, you always have proof that your shipments have been handed over to the carrier.
• With 1 click of a button, you automatically generate 3 commercial invoices (with signature) for shipments destined outside the EU.
• With the scan & print method, you can easily scan your packing slip, and the correct associated shipping labels are automatically printed. This increases efficiency in your warehouse.
• Wuunder can also support you with your invoicing. Wuunder checks your invoices for inaccuracies. This way, you never pay too much for your shipments.
• You can also engage Wuunder's customer service to answer all your customers' questions. If desired, Wuunder will answer using your company name and handle the query completely.
