Multiple issues with Select promotions

We are currently experiencing 2 issues with Select promotions.
1: Items that were out of stock disappear from the promotion list and do not return to your seller account after new stock arrives, even though they are available for sale at the promotional price on the platform.
2: Previously used items may reappear after a long period in a Select promotion and also automatically and incorrectly become available for sale at the offer price.
