Good accessibility is important to us! That's why we are available from Monday to Friday until 9 PM and on Saturday until 5 PM.
ProductFlow has a free helpdesk that can be reached via email and phone. Additionally, we have a chatbox where questions are answered directly with relevant articles. On weekdays, you can expect a response within 2 hours; outside these hours, ProductFlow strives to answer questions as quickly as possible.
Besides being available by phone and email, the ProductFlow platform is also fully documented and can be viewed with short videos. This way, you can find all explanations regarding the use of the ProductFlow platform directly. We also provide online training and have a YouTube channel with videos and explanations.
