Whether you process orders individually or in batches, with or without scanners: Stockitup guides your employees through picking, packing, and shipping. During packing, the correct packaging, carrier, and shipping method are automatically selected, and the shipping label is printed immediately. After shipping, the confirmation and track & trace are sent back to the sales channel.

Manage stock in your own warehouse, at Lvb, or with a fulfilment partner. Per sales channel, you determine which stock is available and from which locations you deliver.

Stockitup automatically matches items from bol, webshops, and other marketplaces based on EAN or SKU. Every stock change is processed in real-time across all connected sales channels and bol accounts. For sets and bundles, Stockitup automatically calculates the sellable stock based on the available components.

Combine your Lvb stock with stock in your own warehouse or with a fulfilment partner. As soon as your stock at Lvb runs out, Stockitup automatically activates your offer for own delivery. Once Lvb is replenished, Stockitup switches back. This keeps your offer active as long as stock is available somewhere.

Always see how much stock is already at Lvb and how much space is still available within your stock limit. This allows you to plan exactly which items and quantities you can send to bol.

Returns from bol and other marketplaces are linked to the original order. For your webshop, Stockitup offers a return portal in your own brand style. This allows you to process returns from all your sales channels in the same workflow and decide upon receipt whether an item can be added back to the stock.

With shipping configurations, you predefine which carrier, shipping method, and packaging suit an order. You can base this, for example, on the destination country, weight, or delivery promise. This means your warehouse staff no longer have to make choices during picking and packing. This prevents errors and unnecessarily high shipping costs. Ship via Shipping via bol or one of the more than thirty connected carriers, such as Ampère and PostNL.

Onboarding and migration are included. We help you free of charge with connecting your sales channels and setting up your processes. After that, you have direct contact via WhatsApp with Dutch-speaking experts in Den Bosch. Because Stockitup develops and maintains its integrations itself, you have a single point of contact for the entire data flow.
