Could you briefly introduce yourself?

My English name is Candice, my Chinese name is Chuwenting. I work at Beijing Roborock Technology Co., Ltd.

What kind of company are you and what do you sell?

Roborock is a leading brand in smart cleaning solutions. We develop innovative items such as robotic vacuum cleaners, stick vacuum cleaners, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, and washer-dryers. Our goal is to be a global leader in smart home appliances.

How did you get started?

Our company was founded in July 2014 by Richard Chang. He wanted to develop innovative items that help people get the most out of their lives.

Which platforms do you sell via? What role does bol play?

We sell via Amazon, OTTO, MediaMarkt, Cdiscount, Darty, and PcComponentes. We see bol as a platform with great potential. Together, we reach more customers and strengthen our brand.

What was your biggest challenge at the start?

Achieving more sales was our biggest challenge.

How did you tackle that?

We learned how to effectively use Logistics via bol. We also improved our advertising to gain more visibility.

What role did bol play in this?

We received clear documentation and guidance. Our Account Manager and customer service responded quickly and helped us further.

What were your delivery times before Logistics via bol?

Between 4 and 8 days.

What are your delivery times now?

1 day. That's a big difference.

How did you manage this operationally?

Our stock is distributed across multiple platforms. We determine how much stock is needed per platform. We also consider transport costs and quantities per shipment.
