Item is not for sale – delivery time not available
You see this error message if your item is not offered for sale because your delivery option cannot be determined. In some cases, this will resolve itself within 2 hours. In other cases, action is needed to offer the item for sale.
1. Dimensions are missing
The carrier cannot calculate a delivery time without the item's dimensions. For example, with Shipping via bol. For the allowed dimensions for Shipping via bol, see this page.
Action:
Enter the correct dimensions (packaging length, packaging width, packaging height, and weight) via the 'Adjust Product Information' tab.
2. Dimensions are incorrect
The entered dimensions are outside the carrier's allowed limits. For example, with Shipping via bol. For the allowed dimensions for Shipping via bol, see this page.
Action:
Check and adjust the dimensions so that they fall within the maximum allowed values. Consult the overview of carrier specifications for this.
3. Item is too large for the chosen carrier
The item's dimensions exceed the maximum allowed size for the selected shipping method. For example, with Shipping via bol. For the allowed dimensions for Shipping via bol, see this page.
Action:
Select a different shipping method that is suitable for larger items via the item overview.
In all cases, all packaging dimensions must be re-entered so that our system can re-read the correct values.
