Update 10/3 15:00: The cause has been identified. On 9/3 between 14:55 and 15:05, a number of labels were created that did not receive the correct underlying data from DHL's systems. These labels have now been restored by DHL and can still be processed and sent today. The affected orders will not be included in the performance score and strike policy.

We are currently receiving multiple reports that the DHL Shipping via bol labels are showing an error when scanning. The cause of this is currently being investigated, and as soon as more is known, we will share it on this page. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
