Commission reductions as of August 2, 2021
Good news! As of August 2, commissions in various product categories will be reduced. 45% of partners will receive a commission reduction due to this change. This way, together we can create the best store for Dutch and Belgian customers, with the most complete product range at the best price.
With the reductions in the variable part of the commissions, we want to boost the platform and help you generate more sales via bol. You can read below which commissions will be reduced exactly.
What are the reductions?
In the table below, you can see for which product range a reduction will be implemented as of August 2. A new aspect of this reduction is that the variable commission may vary depending on the selling price. For example, for men's clothing, you pay a 4% variable commission for items up to 20 euros, 12% for items between 20 and 50 euros, and 13% for items from 50 euros.

* The commission excluding VAT in the table above is rounded up to tenths of a percentage. The commission is charged unrounded. The percentages are exclusive of VAT and apply to the selling price of items including VAT.
How you can benefit from the reductions
Are commissions being reduced on the product range you sell? Benefit from these reduced commissions by adjusting your prices and/or adding more offers. This will make your offer more attractive to potential customers, which can lead to increased sales and revenue.
