Offer API v11 is live

We have listened carefully to your feedback! In recent months, we have worked hard on an improved version of our Offer API. Since January 19, Offer API v11 has been available for all partners. This allows you to manage your offers even more easily and work even more efficiently.
What's new in Offer API v11?
The updated API includes highly requested functionalities that improve your processes:
- Improved feedback for offline offers
Do you want to know why an offer is offline? You can now easily retrieve this information. - Extensive feedback for missing content attributes
If an item is offline because mandatory content is missing, you can now retrieve a list of missing attributes. - Support for refurbished items
You can now also create refurbished items via the new API (if you have refurbished selling rights). - Multi-country support
Do you want to sell an item in both the Netherlands and Belgium? This is now possible with a single offer, provided all other offer information is the same. - Retrieve offers via a paginated endpoint
You can now easily retrieve all your items via a paginated endpoint, instead of the offer export CSV. This allows you to request up to 100 items per page. - Synchronous processing of offer data
The process status mechanism is no longer needed. Requests for creating, updating, or deleting items are processed directly. - PATCH endpoint for offer updates
You can now update multiple parts of an item in a single request, instead of multiple separate requests.
Switch from Offer API v10 to v11 in time
With the introduction of Offer API v11, v10 will be phased out. On February 1, 2027, Offer API v10 will be completely removed. You therefore have one year to switch. But the sooner you switch to v11, the faster you will benefit from the advantages.
Are you working via an intermediary or a third party? Then the switch to the new version will happen automatically during the year. For certainty, please check with your technical contact person.
Do you have your own API integration? You can read more about the new offer endpoints and the corresponding API documentation here.
