Offers API v10 stops on 1 February 2027

We told you earlier that there is a new version of the Offers API. From 1 February, we will only use this new version. This date is getting closer. Do you still use Offers API v10 for all or part of your connection? Make sure you switch fully to Offers API v11 in time. On 1 February, we will turn off Offers API v10 completely. You will no longer be able to connect to this version. On 1 February, we will disable Offers API v10 completely. From that date, this version will no longer be accessible.

What does this mean for you?

Do you still use Offers API v10 to manage your offers? Then you need to update your connection.

From 1 February 2027, you can no longer use v10 to:

  • create offers;
  • change offers;
  • change prices or stock levels;
  • delete offers.

Have you already switched some parts of your connection to v11? Check if any other parts still use v10.

Don't wait until the last moment

You must switch fully to Offers API v11 before 1 February 2027. We recommend that you finish the switch by the middle of January at the latest. This gives you time to test your connection properly. If something does not work as expected, you can still fix it while v10 is available.

What do you need to do?

Do you have your own API connection?

 

  1. Check if your API connection still uses v10 to create, change or delete offers. Also check if price and stock updates still use v10.
  2. Switch these parts to Offers API v11.
  3. Test that your offers, prices and stock levels are processed correctly.
  4. Finish your switch before 1 February 2027.
There is no general guide for switching to v11, because every connection is different. The technical documentation for Offers API v11 gives you the information you need to update your connection.

 

Do you work with an integration partner?

Contact your integration partner or technical contact person. Ask if your connection has fully switched to Offers API v11. Also ask if you need to do anything yourself.

Do not assume that the switch is already complete. Always check with your integration partner.
