Change your deposit on soft drinks
From 15 April, bol will start adding a deposit to the sales price of soft drinks. This is done at checkout, just like shipping costs. The change helps customers compare prices and makes it easier for us to process VAT, commissions, and revenue reports.
Action required before 15 April
You can see the deposit amount per item in your seller account. If the amount is incorrect, first check whether the attributes (Deposit, Packaging type, Number of units and Content per unit) are filled in correctly. If it is still incorrect, contact Partnerservice or submit an objection if the product attributes are still incorrect.
Going forward, the deposit amount will be shown as a separate line on your invoice and will no longer be part of your commission.
Please note: the product attributes needed to calculate deposit are now mandatory. If they are missing or incorrect, items may be taken offline, or policy points may be deducted.
