Stock differences

On this page, read everything you need to know about stock levels.

Stock has been booked

It takes a maximum of 3 business days for a shipment to be booked into stock. Do you notice stock differences after 3 business days? Please contact Partnerservice. Depending on the situation, we would like to receive the following information:

  • The shipment number you provided when creating a shipment
  • Shipment arrival date
  • Shipment track and trace
  • EAN of the missing items
  • Missing quantities for the items

Not traceable to a shipment

Do you see a stock difference that cannot be traced to a specific shipment? Please contact us with the following information:

  • EAN of the item
  • Quantity difference
  • Date when you noticed the difference

Incorrect or missing item

Have you received an incorrect item in a return shipment, or is an item missing? Please contact us with the following information:

  • RMA reference – you can find this on the packing slip and in the automated email you receive after a shipment has been returned.
  • EAN and the information on the yellow sticker of the received item.
