Return received without return notification
After receiving this order, you can accept the return yourself in your seller account under the 'Returns' section of your 'Orders' tab.

Have you received a returned order, but the customer hasn't submitted a return notification?
Follow the steps below to process this return without a return notification.
Process in seller account
Go to your returns overview
You can find your returns overview in your account under ‘Orders’ in the ‘Returns’ section.
Find the relevant order
You do this by entering the order number and clicking the search icon.
Can't find it? Then click the ‘Create new return’ button in the top right of your screen.

Enter the order number and press Enter. Then select the number of items you want to return and indicate whether you want bol to send a shipping label to the customer.
Indicate how many items you want to process for return
Indicate how many items you want to process for return and whether you want to send a return label to the customer (if you are using the return service via bol). Then click the ‘Create return’ button.
Indicate how you want to process the return and click ‘Yes, process return’.
Automate returns
If you want to create/process returns in your own system and not in the seller account, you can use Automate via bol. There are various integrators who can help automate your returns, among other things.
