No return received?
Process the return notification as soon as possible after you have received the return from the customer – do not do this any earlier. Read below what you can do if the return is not received.
0 – 14 days after the return notification
The customer must return the item to you within 14 days of making the return notification. Are you using the bol return label? Then you don't need to do anything until you have received the return.
14 days or more after the return notification
After 14 days, the return notification expires. You will then simply be paid out, and the customer retains their payment obligation. If the item still arrives later? You can then still accept the item as a return yourself. This can be done via the 'Create new return' button at the top right under 'Orders' in the 'Returns' section in your seller account.
