Handling a return notification

Handling a return notification? Once you have received the return (and not before that), handle the return within 7 days. On this page, you find all the options.

1. Have you received a return notification?

2. Go to your return overview (in the 'Bestellingen' menu, below the 'Retouren (nieuw)' tab).

3. Click 'Verwerk' at the return in question. The blue colour indicates that the return is still unprocessed and it requires action.

4. Choose a return status (see the 5 options below).

5. The customer will automatically receive a notification once you have processed the return.

You can accept the return of this order yourself after receipt in your seller account under 'Retouren' below your 'Bestellingen' tab.
