Surcharges Shipping via bol.com

The carriers of Shipping via bol.com (Vvb) apply surcharges if your packages do not meet the dimensions and conditions. These costs will be added to your invoice automatically. The surcharges can be found below ‘Logistieke kosten’ (costs for logistics), specified as ‘Vvb toeslag’ (Vvb surcharge).

Below the overview you will find an explanation of each surcharge per carrier. These surcharges apply to all Vvb services.

Object to surcharges

If you want to object to surcharges you have received, you can do so within 60 days of receiving the invoice. Objections submitted after this period will not be processed. Do you want to object? Then complete this form (form in Dutch). You will receive an email within 3 weeks with a response to your objection.
