With Shipping via bol (Vvb), we handle the sending of your packages. Delivery promises can vary per region and collection method. So, make sure to check which delivery promises apply to you.

Within Shipping via bol, you can choose between Shipping via bol Standard and Shipping via bol Complete. Your options depend on your collection area. Not sure which collection area you belong to? You can check this in your seller account.

On this page, you will find the regular delivery promises for Shipping via bol. Sometimes, we may unexpectedly need to (temporarily) adjust the delivery promises. Weekend orders
The delivery times for orders placed from Friday to Sunday vary per logistics service. Below, you'll find the different delivery times for self drop off or the collection service.
Self Drop-off
Shipping via bol Standard Regular Drop off Point
- Orders placed on Friday before the order deadline will be delivered on Monday, as long as there is capacity with the carriers. Otherwise, delivery will be on Tuesday.
- Orders placed on Friday after the order deadline will be delivered on Tuesday.
Shipping via bol Standard Fast Delivery Point
- Orders placed on Friday before the order deadline will be delivered tomorrow.
- Orders placed on Friday after the order deadline will be delivered on Tuesday. (Unless you choose to drop off on Saturday with PostNL, then it will be delivered the day after tomorrow)
Shipping via bol Complete
- Orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM (depending on the chosen pick-up time slot) will be delivered tomorrow.
- Orders placed from 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on Monday, as long as there is capacity with the carriers. Otherwise, delivery will be on Tuesday.
Pick-up (pick-up moments are Monday to Friday)

- Orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM (depending on the chosen pick-up time slot) will be delivered tomorrow.
- Orders placed from 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM until Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Shipping via bol Complete
- Orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM (depending on the chosen pick-up time slot) will be delivered tomorrow.
- Orders placed from 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on Monday, as long as there is capacity with the carriers. Otherwise, delivery will be on Tuesday.
