Set flexible working hours
Partners using Shipping via bol (PostNL or DHL) can set flexible working hours. This means you can specify until what time your shop is open for each working day.
Customers can place their Shipping via bol orders right up to the exact cut-off time. It's possible for an order to arrive up to 15 minutes after the cut-off time. Please note that these orders must still be delivered on the agreed day.
Please note!
Working hours differ from collection times. Ensure that orders are delivered on the agreed day and within the collection times to guarantee timely arrival.
Adjust
Go to the settings screen and click on 'Working days'. You can then specify your latest working time and until when your shop is open for each day.
Click the 'Check and save' button. You will see an overview with your chosen days and times. Select a start date for when the settings will take effect and save them. The adjustments will be active from the start date.
