Energy label and product information sheet

As a seller, you are legally required to provide an energy label and product information sheet to the product information of your items, think of smartphones, tablets, washing machines and other appliances subject to energy labelling requirements.  These documents give insight into energy consumption and other relevant specifications and performance details.  This way, we help consumers to make an informed decision. The list below contains all categories with an obligation. You can find more information on this page.

Assortment policy

Our assortment policy contains all the conditions that apply to the offer of bol. Let's make it a shared effort to ensure that bol stands for reliability and quality. Only then will customers order from us with peace of mind.

Always check that both the energy label and the product information sheet are available. If information is missing or incorrect, the regulatory authority may require corrections or ask bol to take the item offline. From 1 April 2026, bol will also enforce this. If product information is missing, bol will take items offline (in phases). New items will only be put online once the correct product information has been added.
