We use 2 carriers for the optimal delivery promise
With Shipping via bol Complete, you work with two delivery networks: the affordable regular network and the fast Same‑day delivery network.
For regular delivery, you can choose between two pickup windows:
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (order cut-off: 3:00 PM)
- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (order cut-off: 5:00 PM)
These later cut-off times allow you to use the lower rate for a longer period. Orders placed before 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM are picked up the same day and delivered to the customer the next day.
Orders placed between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and before 11:59 PM, are picked up the next morning between 9:30 AM and 11:45 AM. The carrier delivers these orders to your customer that same evening.

Shipping via bol with collection service
Shipping via bol at its easiest? That's Shipping via bol with our collection service! We collect your parcels and then ensure they are transported by the carrier. This saves you extra (heavy lifting) work, leaving you more time to grow.
When can you use Shipping via bol with collection service?
View the conditions for using Shipping via bol. Additionally, supplementary conditions for Shipping via bol with collection service are that:
- You are present at the agreed collection time slot to hand over the orders to the carrier.
- Your collection location is easily accessible for the carrier via a paved road.
Sign up for Shipping via bol with collection service
Go to your seller account to sign up directly via the form. In the registration form, you then choose your desired service. If you want to sign up for Shipping via bol Complete but don't see this option, it is unfortunately not yet available in your region.
Shipping via bol with self drop off
You can also choose to drop off your parcels yourself. With Shipping via bol with self drop off, your product range is in your own warehouse and you are responsible for processing orders. You take your parcels to a drop off point daily, and then the delivery service delivers the parcel to your customer.
Even with Shipping via bol with self drop off, you can choose between Shipping via bol Standard and Shipping via bol Complete. What do your delivery promise and drop off times look like then? See the overview below.
*At regular drop-off points, the delivery promise is 'Ordered today, delivered in 1 or 2 days'.
If you drop off items at a drop-off point, the carrier will deliver your parcels to the customer the next day. If there isn't a 'Snel Bezorgd' point near you yet? Then you can simply drop off your parcels at a regular PostNL or DHL point, and you'll have the delivery promise 'Ordered today, delivered in 1 or 2 days'.
Tip!
Drop off your parcels at a service point where an employee scans them immediately. This doesn't happen at parcel lockers, which can cause delays in your shipment — even if you dropped it off on time. For the most certainty: choose direct scanning at a service point.
