Sign up for Shipping via bol with self-delivery

• Your company is based in the Netherlands

1. Vvb Standaard is available to all partners based in the Netherlands. You can send your orders to both the Netherlands and Belgium.
2. Vvb+ is available in large parts of the Netherlands, but not yet everywhere. If this option is available to you, you will see it in your seller dashboard. Please note that Vvb+ does not deliver to the Frisian Islands and Belgium. It is therefore not possible to register for Vvb+ if you only sell in Belgium with your seller account. Do you have a combined seller account for shipments in the Netherlands and Belgium? Then you can choose to have your Belgium orders delivered by PostNL or to stop receiving them.

• You are a partner of bol and work via the sales account or the Retailer API
  Shipping via bol is only available if you sell items via bol. This service is fully available via the seller dashboard. Do you work via our Retailer API? For more information, see the page Automation and Shipping via bol. Do you collaborate with one or more intermediaries? Then these intermediaries must also support Shipping via bol. You may therefore not be able to start with Shipping via bol immediately. Not yet a partner? Then first sign up for Selling via bol.

• You work at least from Monday to Friday (Saturday is optional)

1. Vvb Standaard: On weekdays, we expect you to take orders until at least 3 pm and process them the same day. Until 5/6 pm is also possible if the clearance time of your drop-off point is later. Please note that this is the time when customers can order an item from you and have it delivered according to the delivery promise shown in the webshop. After this time, you still need to take your orders to PostNL or DHL. Would you also like to hand in parcels on Saturdays? You can! Then check carefully which collection points are open on Saturdays. When registering for Shipping via bol, you can indicate which days you work and until what time.
2. Vvb+: On weekdays, you process orders during your working hours on the day itself and prepare the parcels for delivery to Ampère the next day. Orders outside your working hours are processed the next morning and delivered to an Ampere drop-off point before 10 am.

• Your items fit within the maximum packaging dimensions
  Shipping via bol allows you to send items that fit within the maximum packaging dimensions of the carriers. See the dimensions of Shipping via bol with self-delivery. Items that do not fit within these dimensions cannot be sent via Vvb or are subject to a surcharge. You are responsible for shipping these items yourself.

You can register for Shipping via Bulb using the registration form in the seller dashboard. Here, choose Vvb and indicate that you want to send your parcels away. Then fill in your details and a desired start date. Please note: this date cannot be changed once you have entered it. As soon as we have received your registration, we will register you with the carrier.

With Vvb Standard, you bring your parcels to a PostNL or DHL collection point, or you bring your parcels to a Snel Bezorgd Punt. If you opt for Vvb+, you deliver your parcels to an Ampère point.

Good to know:

• In your seller dashboard, you can change your working hours and days. Click on your seller name at the top right and choose ‘Settings’. Then choose ‘Instellingen voor Verzenden via bol’ to change your working hours and/or days.
• With PostNL, you can only send parcels to Belgium, not letterbox packages.
• With DHL, you can send both parcel and letter mail to Belgium.
