Drop-off points and Snel Bezorgd Points

Regular drop off points
Orders received before your latest order time (3-6 PM) must be brought to a drop off point on the same day, before the collection time. At the collection time, the carrier picks up the dropped off parcels. Important: the collection time is often earlier than the closing time of the drop off point. Also ensure that the parcels have received a drop off scan before the collection time. The carrier then delivers the parcels to the customer 2 days after the order.
The collection time can vary per drop off point, per carrier, and per day of the week:

- Ampère for Shipping via bol Standard with drop off: open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, collection time 6:00 PM.
Snel Bezorgd Points: delivered tomorrow
Ordered today, delivered tomorrow? This is possible with our Snel Bezorgd Points. Drop off orders received before your latest order time at a Snel Bezorgd Point before the collection time, and they will be delivered to your customer the next day. Orders at Snel Bezorgd Points must also have received a drop-off scan.

How to get the advantages
- For orders placed until late afternoon (3-6 PM), bring them to a Snel Bezorgd Point on the same day before the collection time.
- Do this for 1 week, Monday through Friday, with at least 95% of your orders. Only then will the delivery promise be adjusted to 24 hours.
- On the following Monday, we will evaluate whether 95% of your orders have been dropped off at the Snel Bezorgd Point.
- If this is the case, we will send you an email, and your delivery promise will be adjusted starting from that Wednesday.
Where are the Snel Bezorgd Points?
Snel Bezorgd Points can be found throughout the Netherlands. We are working on a nationwide network and continuously expanding the number of points. The Snel Bezorgd Network consists of all Ampère drop off points and PostNL Premium drop off points.
Ampère
Switch to Ampère in your seller account to use an Ampère Snel Bezorgd Point. The costs remain the same. Here's how it works:
- Adjust your carrier in your seller account.
- Fill in the requested information and choose the nearest Ampère point. View the Ampère Snel Bezorgd Points here.
- Choose a desired start date and wait for email confirmation.
- Check order time: ensure your latest order time is no later than 5:00 PM.
- Report any changes to the fulfilment center.
PostNL
PostNL Snel Bezorgd Points are their Premium Point drop off points. You can find them via PostNL's business location finder:
- Go to the PostNL location finder
- Enter your location
- Check 'PostNL Business Point'
- Scroll down and check ‘Premium’ under ‘Service types’.
DHL
DHL Businesspoints are the designated locations for fast delivery. You can find these via the DHL website:

Be cautious with parcel lockers
Do not drop off parcels at a parcel locker, but at a service point where an employee scans the parcel directly. With an incorrect scan, such as at a parcel locker, a parcel must first be picked up by PostNL or DHL. This means that even if you have dropped off your parcels on time, they may arrive late. Sometimes dropping off at a parcel locker goes well, but it is wiser to choose more certainty by having your parcels scanned directly at a service point.
