Sign up for shipping via bol with collection service

• Your company is based in the Netherlands
  Shipping via bol is available for all partners based in the Netherlands. You can send your orders to both the Netherlands and Belgium. Is your company located in Belgium? Then unfortunately you cannot yet use Send via bol.

1. Vvb Standaard is available for all partners located in the Netherlands (excl. Frisian Islands).
2. Vvb+ is available in large parts of the Netherlands, but not yet everywhere. If this option is available to you, you will see this option in your seller dashboard. Note: Vvb+ does not deliver to the Frisian Islands and Belgium. If you only sell in Belgium in your seller dashboard, it is therefore not possible to sign up for Vvb+. Do you have a combined seller account for shipments in the Netherlands and Belgium? Then you can choose to have your orders in Belgium delivered by PostNL or to stop receiving them. No pick-up service is available for these orders.
3. Vvb Compleet is available in large parts of the Netherlands, but not yet everywhere. When this option is available to you, you will see it in your seller dashboard.

• You are a partner of bol and work via the seller dashboard or the Retailer API
  Shipping via bol is only available if you sell items via bol. This service is fully available via the dashboard. Do you work via our Retailer API? Check this page for all information about automation and Shipping via bol. Do you work together with one or more intermediaries? In that case, these intermediaries must also support Shipping via bol. You may therefore not be able to start with Shipping via bol immediately. Not yet a partner? Then first sign up.
• You work at least from Monday to Friday
  With all Vvb collection options, you have a weekly collection contract from Monday to Friday. We therefore ask you to take orders at least from Monday to Friday and to be present during the agreed pick-up time to hand over the orders to the carrier.
• Your pick-up location is easily accessible to the carrier via a paved road

• Your items fit within the maximum packaging dimensions
  With Vvb emet collection service, you can send items that fit within the maximum packaging dimensions of the carriers. View the dimensions of Vvb with collection. Items that do not fall within these dimensions cannot be sent via Vvb or are subject to a surcharge. You are responsible for shipping these items yourself.
  

• Vvb Standaard: Choose Verzenden via bol and then the option to have orders picked up (‘laten ophalen’). Depending on your region, you will then see which collection time slots you can choose from. The pick-up option is only automatically activated if you send an average of more than 40 parcels per working day. Is your average volume lower, or only recently increased and would you like to sign up? Then email verzendenvia@bol.com to open the collection option in your seller dashboard.
• Vvb+: Choose Verzenden via bol+ and then pick up (‘laten ophalen’). Don’t see this option in your account? Unfortunately, it is not yet available in your region.
• Vvb Compleet: SelectVerzenden via bol Compleet. Don’t see this option in your account? Unfortunately, it is not yet available in your region.

During your registration, you can indicate a desired start date. We will try to assign this if possible (note: This date cannot be changed once you have entered it). As soon as we have received your application, we will register you with the carrier. After this, we always communicate a final start date when the carriers will visit you for the first time. In addition, we share the carriers’ contact details so that ad hoc questions about collection (or delivery) can be put directly to the carriers.

From the confirmed start date, carriers will collect your parcels from you every day at the agreed time slot.
