Cancel your own order

You are able to cancel an incoming order. We advise you not to, but, if necessary, we tell you how to do so on this page.

1. Order has been placed

You can still cancel an incoming order. We do, however, recommend avoiding this. A customer experiences a cancellation as very disappointing, as you can imagine. This could impact your performance score; the service standard ‘Cancellations’ is a maximum of 2%.

Do you still need to cancel an order? Then follow these steps:

2. Go to your seller dashboard

In your seller dashboard, click ‘Bestellingen’ (orders) at the top and go to ‘Eigen verzendwijze’ (own shipping method).

3. Cancel order

Find the relevant order and click ‘Annuleer artikel’ (cancel item).

4. Select a reason

Choose a cancellation reason and click ‘Bevestig annulering’. The order will no longer be shown in your in your seller dashboard after the cancellation.
