What are service standards?

To ensure the quality of bol, there are a number of service standards that apply to the entire platform. The better you perform on these service standards, the better you can sell, the more sales you will generate and the more likely your range of products will end up winning the buy box. If you are wondering what you score on the service standards, go to the ‘Prestaties‘ (performance) page in your seller dashboard.
