What is not allowed, for example:
- Failing to comply with return conditions.
- Offering no or incorrect warranty.
- Knowingly circumvent our policies on trademark and property rights.
- Refusing to provide a VAT invoice when requested by the customer.
- Dropshipping: consider not delivering from our own stock or delivering via and/or in the packaging of another platform or store. More information can be found here.
- Approaching your customer outside bol for commercial purposes.
- Leaking, passing on or incorrectly securing privacy-sensitive information.
- Any activity intended to artificially influence product ranking and search results, for example by mimicking user behavior.
- Hiring a third party to mimic user behavior and/or allow automated influencing of product ranking and search results (e.g. through robots or clickbots).
- Not cooperating within the set term if bol.com asks for it.
- Remaking your item under a different EAN code while the item was previously taken offline.
- Gray import from outside the EU. In gray or parallel import, branded items are imported and sold in the Dutch and/or Belgian market without the knowledge or active contribution of the brand owner. The items that may be sold are produced by, or under license from, the trademark holder and are original (not counterfeit) items.
- Making false reports about other partners.
Good to know: If you have multiple seller accounts, some policy violations give us the authority to deduct the relevant number of points on all your accounts associated with the same Chamber of Commerce number and all related Chamber of Commerce numbers.
