Delivery from outside the EU
Delivery from outside the EU is one of the policy violation categories we monitor. This policy exists due to the VAT rules that apply throughout the European Union. You can read more about it on this page.
What is not allowed, for example:
- Sending items directly to the customer from your own address or Fulfilment center outside the European Union.
- Sending items directly to the customer from your own address or a third-party Fulfilment center outside the European Union.
- Having your company registered outside the European Union, even if you deliver orders from within the European Union.
What is allowed:
Delivering packages from (your own address or Fulfilment center in) the Netherlands or Belgium.
Delivering packages from (your own address or Fulfilment center in) another country within the European Union, such as France or Germany.
Clearing items from outside the European Union in your own name and for your own account, storing them within the European Union, and then sending them to the customer.

Good to know: if you have multiple seller accounts, in case of a 'Delivery from outside the EU' policy violation, we have the authority to deduct the relevant number of points from all your accounts linked to the same Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number.
