Once your items are correctly converted, pre-registered, and labelled, it's time to deliver the shipment to bol. Read this page carefully before you deliver your shipment to the Fulfilment center, so you don't encounter any surprises!
Prepare and send your shipment
Before you can send your items to our fulfilment centers, make sure all items are properly labelled and prepare your shipment. Want to know more about preparing your shipment? Our colleague Charlotte explains it in this video.

Addresses
On the shipping label, bol indicates to which address the items should be sent. Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver items yourself at the bol Fulfilment center, as due to the number of logistics carriers on site, it is not possible to guarantee safety for private individuals and passenger cars. Therefore, a professional carrier must always be engaged for this. The correct address, which you can provide to the carrier, is automatically generated in your seller account and can be found on the shipping label.
