Label your items

All items you deliver to our fulfillment center must be labeled with an EAN. Read our tips on this page to prevent incorrect bookings!

To ensure easy verification in the fulfillment center of which item belongs to which partner, each item must be labeled with a unique barcode.

Prevent incorrect bookings

Errors during scanning can lead to incorrect stock bookings. Therefore, pay close attention to the following points:

  • Each of your items must have 1 visible EAN barcode. Any second or third barcodes on your items must be taped over and not visible. Remove barcodes from outer packaging (boxes used to transport your items).
  • The numbers of the EAN barcode must be clearly legible below the barcode.
  • The EAN barcode must be visible on the outside of the packaging on a flat surface.
  • The EAN number on the item must exactly match how it was registered in the advance notification.
