Add videos to your product information

How do I add a video?

Navigate to the desired product information page in your seller dashboard and head to the heading ‘Optioneel’. Here you will find the field to upload your video:

Click on the field or drag and drop your video to upload it. Make sure it meets the following requirements:

Minimum 1 MB & maximum 1 GB
The following file extensions are accepted: .mkv, .mp4, .flv, .avi, .mpg, .mpeg, .mov, .wmv, .web
Please note:
All videos are converted to a 16:9 aspect ratio. In addition, we make multiple versions of your video with different resolutions.
Your video can never have a higher resolution than the one you provided.
Example:
A video with a 1080p resolution will be edited to 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p and 240p
A video with a 480 resolution will be edited to 480p, 360p and 240p
It is not possible to upload a video if there are special characters in the filename of the video. For example, ‘[]’.

How can I edit a video?

Head over to the desired product information page in your seller dashboard and navigate to the heading ‘Optioneel’. Here you will find the field to replace your video:

Click the blue ‘Vervang video’ (replace video) button and upload a video from your computer.

Why is my video not online or not shown in my seller dashboard?

Only 1 video per item will be shown online. The last uploaded video will be shown. As a result, your video may be overwritten by a video delivered later.
