1. Add images via the data editor
You can add images via the data editor, uploading them directly from your folders or by adding image URLs. Add the images per line.
This is how you add images via the data editor:
2. Go to your offer
In your seller dashboard, click ‘Artikelen‘, then ‘Mijn artikelen’.
3. Select the items
On this page, select the items to which you want to add images.
4. Click ‘Bewerk productinformatie’
5. Then choose ‘Op basis van selectie’
The data editor appears. Add new images using the icons found in the ‘Nieuwe afbeeldingen’ column. Click the photo camera icon to retrieve photos from your folders. Click the other icon when you want to add image URLs.
6. Adding views and/or deleting images
When you add images, they appear in thumbnail form in the ‘Nieuwe afbeeldingen‘ column. You can click on these small images. As a result, a pop-up window appears in which the images are displayed larger. In this pop-up you can select the view per image and/or delete an image.
7. Edit existing images
In the data editor you can also edit existing images. If you want to add some views and/or delete an image, you can do so by clicking on the small images in the ‘Bestaande afbeeldingen‘ column. A pop-up appears in which the images are shown larger. Here you can select views and/or delete an image by clicking on the bin.
8. Images should meet a number of specifications:
- The file size is minimum 30 KB and maximum 10 MB.
- The image should be minimum 500×500 pixels and maximum 6000×6000 pixels. White spaces in images do not count towards the set minimum and maximum pixels.
- The zoom function, which reveals details of an item, works for images with a minimum size of 1200×1200 pixels.
If images do not meet the above minima or maxima, an error message will be displayed. In addition, each image undergoes a number of optimisations before appearing on the platform. These optimisations are:
- White spaces are cropped automatically.
- The quality is optimised for the platform. This minimises the loading time down to ensure that the customer experiences a high page loading speed. This may affect the colour fidelity and sharpness of the image(s).
- When a duplicate is detected, this image will not be loaded. A duplicate is a one-to-one copy.
