JTL offers you free help on the community forum, affordable support via tickets, and fast assistance over the phone. Your right to support depends on the package you choose. Both the four JTL packages (items & sales) and the four WMS packages (warehouse management) have specific support levels.

Since the nature and scope of the support services are linked to the package you select, it is not possible to book extensive support without upgrading to a higher package.
