Selling rights

Naturally, we want customers who buy through bol.com to continue to do so - and so it is important to offer them a reliable and safe range together. Therefore, additional sales conditions apply to certain product groups and in some cases, there is a brand policy for selective distribution. Find out whether this also applies to your range on this page.

Jewellery and watches

To guarantee the product authenticity of certain brands on the platform, you need selling rights to offer those brands. There are 3 options. Read through all 3 options find out which action is required for you to offer a particular brand.

1. Do you want to sell jewellery and/or watches of specific A-brands?

An agreement has been made with the brand owner that the assortment of the brand in question can only be offered via bol by authorised suppliers. This is called selective distribution. In this case, the trademark holder applies objective criteria that all suppliers must meet. This is only possible if you can prove that your range was obtained through an official distribution channel of the brand in question. You can see to which brands this applies in the list below. If this is the case, apply for selling rights via the button below.

2. Is the brand you want to sell in the list of approved brands below?

You do not need selling rights to sell this brand. Please note that if there are brands mentioned in the list below also included in the A-list above, they can only be added if you have applied for selling rights for that specific A-brand.

3. Is the brand you want to sell not mentioned on this page?

  • Your brand must meet the above points from the moment the item is added to bol.com.

The use of a brand name not registered in BOIP on an article is not permitted. No rights can be derived from this.
