As of October 21, 2025, a new additional condition will apply to the Samsung television product range. This new condition applies only to partners who wish to request sales rights for Samsung televisions. For all other categories, the existing conditions below remain unchanged.

New additional condition for Samsung televisions
As a partner, you must demonstrate a proven reputation and a track record of at least one year in the Samsung television market. This can be done, for example, by sharing aggregated sales data, an existing webshop, or another existing sales channel (such as on another platform). The information we need from you will become clear during the online application process.*

*If you share information, please redact any data not necessary for assessment. For example, confidential or (competition-sensitive) information such as purchase prices and conditions. Only then can we process your request.

Existing conditions for other Samsung product groups (unchanged)
For the product groups below, the current conditions still apply, but without the new additional requirement of a track record for Samsung televisions:

It is possible to offer in-ear headphones from the brand list below. Do you want to offer a different brand? Then you must demonstrate that the brand and its associated product range comply with Dutch and/or Belgian laws and regulations and bol guidelines.

This is only possible if you can demonstrate that your product range has been obtained through an official distribution channel of the respective brand. If this is the case, please request sales rights using the form below.

To offer a (private label) item from a brand that is not (yet) known to bol, it must first be reviewed by bol. You can submit a brand authorization request using the button below.

If your brand item meets the requirements below, you can request brand authorization.

• The brand is registered with BOIP (EUIPO and/or WIPO are only sufficient if they are part of an existing and active BOIP registration).
• Your registration is valid in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• The brand is registered in the correct product class. Click here to check if your brand is registered in the correct product class.
• The item must also be registered in this product class under the mention of the correct goods.
• Items must be provided with an official GS1-EAN.
• Your brand must meet the above points from the moment the item is added to bol.

To offer the full electronics product range of Harman Kardon and JBL, you need sales rights. These brands can only be offered by selective distributors.

Are you not yet a selective distributor, but would you like to become one? Please contact Harman Kardon via the contact form below. Indicate that it concerns selective distribution via bol. Harman Kardon will respond to your message within 5 working days.

The Sonos brand may only be offered by selective distributors. For selective distribution, the brand owner, in this case Sonos, applies objective criteria that all distributors must meet.
