Jewellery, Jewels and Watches
Find all information regarding selling rights for the Jewellery, Jewels and Watches category here.
We want to guarantee the authenticity of certain brands on our platform. That's why, as a partner, you need selling rights for these brands. There are 3 options for this. Read through the options to understand what you need to do to offer a specific brand.
1. Do you want to sell jewellery, jewels, and/or watches from specific A-brands?
An agreement has been made with the brand owner that the product range of the brand in question can only be offered via bol by authorised providers. For selective distribution, the brand owner applies objective criteria that all providers must meet. This is only possible if you can demonstrate that your product range has been obtained via an official distribution channel of the brand in question. Which brands does this apply to? You can see this in the list below. If this is the case, request selling rights via the button below.
By submitting a request by clicking the button below, you agree to the terms and conditions and declare that all information provided has been filled in truthfully and is correct.

2. Is the brand you want to sell listed in the approved brands list?
You do not need selling rights to sell this brand. Please note, brands mentioned in the list below that also appear in the A-brands list above can only be added if you have requested selling rights for that specific A-brand.

3. Is the brand you want to sell not mentioned on this page?
Offering a new jewellery brand
To offer a (private label) brand item from a jewellery brand that is not yet known to bol, it must first be reviewed by bol. You can submit a brand authorisation request via the button below.
If your brand item meets the requirements below, you can request brand authorisation.
- The brand is registered with BOIP (EUIPO and/or WIPO are only sufficient if they are part of an existing and active BOIP registration).
- Your registration is valid in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- The jewellery brand is registered in the correct product category. Click here to check if your brand is registered in the correct product category.
- The item must also be registered in this product category with a mention of the correct goods.
- Items must have an official GS1-EAN.
- The content meets the guidelines.
- Your brand must meet the above points from the moment the item is added to bol.
Please note
Even if you have registered your brand only as a figurative mark, you should enter the brand name as text in the brand field of the content.
Please note
It is not allowed to use a brand name that is not registered with BOIP.
