Then we ask you to demonstrate that the brand and your associated product range comply with Dutch and/or Belgian laws and regulations and bol guidelines.

Offer a new brand
To offer a (house) brand item from a brand that is not yet known to bol, it must first be assessed by bol. You can submit a brand authorization request using the button below.

If your brand item meets the requirements below, you can request brand authorization.

• The brand must be visible on the item itself or on the product packaging (for clothing, a label is sufficient)

• The brand is registered with BOIP (EUIPO and/or WIPO are only sufficient if they are part of an existing and active BOIP registration).
• Your registration is valid in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• The brand is registered in the correct product category. Click here to check if your brand is registered in the correct product category.
• The item must also be registered in this product category under the mention of the correct goods.
• Items must be provided with an official GS1-EAN.
• Your brand must meet the above points from the moment the item is added to bol.
