You can offer laptop batteries from the brand list at the bottom of this page. Do you want to offer a different brand? Then you need to demonstrate that the brand and your associated product range comply with Dutch and/or Belgian laws and regulations and bol guidelines.

Offering a new brand
To offer a (private label) item from a brand that is not (yet) registered with bol, it must first be assessed by bol. You can submit a trademark (brand) authorisation request via the button below.

If your branded item meets the requirements below, you can apply for trademark authorisation.

• The trademark is registered with BOIP (EUIPO and/or WIPO are only sufficient if they’re part of an existing and active BOIP registration).
• Your registration is valid in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• The trademark is registered in the correct product class. Click here to check if your trademark is registered in the correct product class.
• The item must also be registered in this product class, specifying the correct goods.
• Items must have an official GS1 EAN.
• Your trademark must meet the above requirements from the moment the item is added to bol.

Offering a new brand

• Your registration is valid in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• The brand is registered in the correct product category. Your brand must be registered for a product category lower than 35. Product categories 35 through 45 are only valid for services and not for goods.
• The item must also be registered in this category with the correct goods listed.
• Items must have an official GS1 EAN
• Your brand must comply with the above points from the moment the item is added to bol.

Enter the brand name in the brand field when entering the content. Do this in text, even if you have only registered your brand as a logo.

Using a brand name not registered with BOIP for an item is not permitted. No rights can be derived from it.

You can offer cartridges and toners from the brand list below. Do you want to offer a different brand? You can, provided you can demonstrate that the brand and its associated product range comply with Dutch and/or Belgian laws and regulations and bol guidelines.

This is only possible if you can demonstrate that your product range has been obtained through an official distribution channel of the respective brand.

Are you:

• An HP premium reseller?
  Then you can offer your product range via bol, after you have demonstrated that you are a premium reseller.
• Not an HP premium reseller?
  Then an assessment process is required in which you can demonstrate that your product range is authentic. For this, you will need to send purchase invoices, for example.

If this is the case, quickly request selling rights by sending the documents below.

1. A list of at least 3 items you want to offer, including the corresponding EANs. (jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, xls, xlsx, not more than 1 document, with a maximum of 10 MB)
2. Your 2 most recent purchase invoices, on which the items with the corresponding EANs from the previously uploaded list appear.
   Make the purchase prices and quantities unreadable for us.* (jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, xls, xlsx, not more than 1 document, with a maximum of 10 MB)
3. At least 3 self-taken photos of 3 items from the previously uploaded list and purchase invoices. Ensure that the item packaging and EANs are clearly visible in the photos.(jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, xls, xlsx, not more than 1 document, with a maximum of 10 MB)
4. Do you also want to apply for selling rights directly for another seller account? If so, what is the sales account number of the seller account for which you also want to apply for this selling right?
5. Send request. By sending a request to the email address below, you agree to the terms and conditions and declare that you have truthfully filled in the above information and that the provided information is correct.
