To sell home batteries via bol, you need specific selling rights. This helps us protect safety together and keep the standards high for our customers.

Sell-out period

For existing partners who currently offer home batteries, a sell-out period applies. The sell-out period is 1 month for every year you've been active on your seller account, with a maximum of 6 months.
We round the sell-out period up. If you've been active for 2 years and 1 month, for example, your sell-out period is 3 months. You can then sell your assortment until 31 June 2026. If you'd like to continue selling these items, it's important that you apply for new selling rights before this date.

Applying for selling rights

You can apply for selling rights by sending the documents below to verkooprechten@bol.com:

 

  1. A list of at least 3 items you'd like to offer, including the corresponding EANs. Also indicate which brands you're applying for selling rights for (no more than 1 document, with a maximum of 10 MB, in the following formats: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, xls or xlsx).
  2. Your 2 most recent purchase invoices, which include the items and their corresponding EANs from the item list. Make sure we can’t read the purchase prices (no more than 1 document, with a maximum of 10 MB, in the following formats: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, xls or xlsx).
  3. At least 3 photos you took yourself of 3 items from the item list and purchase invoices. Make sure the product packaging and EANs are clearly visible in the photos (no more than 1 document, with a maximum of 10 MB, in the following formats: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, xls or xlsx).

Please note: make any confidential or (competitively) sensitive information, such as purchase prices, quantities and terms, illegible. Only then can we process your application.

Additional information

If you'd also like to apply for selling rights for another seller account at the same time, please provide us with the seller number of the account that needs seller rights.
