As of September 29, 2025, selling rights will apply to the entire product range for Labubu.

When do selling rights apply?

Naturally, we want customers who buy through bol to continue to do so - and so it is important to offer them a reliable and safe range together. Therefore, additional sales conditions apply to certain product groups and in some cases, there is a brand policy for selective distribution. Find out whether this also applies to your range on this page.

Do you wish to sell items from this brand via our platform? Then quickly apply for selling rights by submitting the documents below.

  1. A list of at least 3 items you wish to offer, including the corresponding EANs. (jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, xls, xlsx, no more than 1 document, with a maximum of 10 MB)
  2. Your 2 most recent purchase invoices from the official supplier PopMart, on which the items with their corresponding EANs from the previously uploaded list are visible.
    Make the purchase prices unreadable for us.* (jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, xls, xlsx, no more than 1 document, with a maximum of 10 MB)
    • For Labubu, you must have purchased at least 50 items of each type you wish to sell. This must be visible on at least 2 of the most recent purchase invoices.
  3. At least 3 self-made photos of 3 items from the previously uploaded list and purchase invoices. Ensure that the item packaging and EANs are clearly visible in the photos.(jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, xls, xlsx, no more than 1 document, with a maximum of 10 MB)
  4. A stock photo showing the purchased items.
  5. You must have been active via bol for at least 1 year.
    • Do you also want to apply for selling rights directly for another seller account? If so, what is the sales account number of the seller account for which you also want to apply for this selling right?
  6. Submit request. By submitting a request to the email address below, you agree to the conditions and declare that you have truthfully completed the above information and that the provided information is correct.
