Naturally, we want customers who buy through bol.com to continue to do so - and so it is important to offer them a reliable and safe range together. Therefore, additional sales conditions apply to certain product groups and in some cases, there is a brand policy for selective distribution. Hoverboards

It is possible to offer hoverboards from the brand list below. Would you like to offer another brand? Then you need to prove that the brand and its assortment comply with Dutch and Belgian laws and regulations and the bol.com guidelines.

Hoverboards should meet the following requirements:

  • Specifically for the hoverboard: Wma Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC)
  • Specifically for the power supply of the hoverboard: WEM Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU)
  • The CE mark is visible on the item and/or product packaging. Please consult our assortment policy for more information. Here you can find more information on CE marking and on the necessary Technical Documentation and EU Declaration of Conformity.
  • CHIC license
  • Conforms to the following items from the UL2272 standard (full UL certification is also sufficient)
