How it works
In your seller account
Go to your seller account → Settings → Delivery Promise
Cut-off time
Set your cut-off time per day, meaning until what time you can still process orders for that day.
Link delivery promise profile
Important! Link your delivery promise to your items or item groups.
Realistic delivery times
Make sure your delivery promise aligns well with your delivery practice.
Tip: start with a portion of your items. When that goes well, expand to the rest of your items.
What does My Delivery Promise offer you?
Are you working through an API or a third-party integrator?
Make sure to use ‘MijnLeverbelofte’ or ‘My_Delivery_Promise’ depending on your API version as the delivery promise setting within your integrator’s environment or source system. The delivery times configured in your seller account will then be automatically applied to your items.
