Track shipment status
After the shipment has been picked up from you, you can track its status. It is possible that the shipment status is not immediately visible after pickup, as the shipment might be on its way to the sorting center.
You can view the status(es) of your shipment(s) in a summary. If you want to see more detailed track & trace information, you can click through to the track & trace page for each shipment.
Should it happen that the shipment cannot be picked up from you – for example, because the shipment is not properly packed – you will need to create a new shipment and pickup order in your seller account.
