Regularly check whether the items you sell via Logistics via bol are placed in the correct tariff group. You can find the tariff group on the all-in-one invoice.

Re-measurement

As of October 15, 2024, we will apply a single measurement per item (EAN). The dimension group will no longer be determined per partner, but per EAN. This ensures consistency in the dimension group for each item. If you wish to submit a re-measurement request, you can do so via Partnerservice, after which the following steps will be followed:

  1. You submit a request for a re-measurement of a specific EAN that you sell;
  2. We will perform a re-measurement in our fulfilment center and inform you of the outcome;
  3. If the outcome does not match expectations? Then you have the option to adjust the packaging and request a new EAN, in line with the GS1 standards.

Please note: you can have an item remeasured once every 3 months.

Please note!

Because we store your items in our fulfilment center, even a small change in dimensions can quickly impact our operational process. Therefore, we apply a stricter policy than the GS1 standard in this regard.

If your existing item has received new packaging with new dimensions and you want to store it in our fulfilment center, then you request a new EAN for this item. You then ensure that you stop selling your existing item and no longer offer it via bol. This way, you only sell your new item.

Good to know: unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to transfer the reviews of your old item to your new item, since it concerns 2 different EANs.
