Other providers
On the 'Providers' page, you can find which other providers offer the item via bol.
How does the 'providers' page work?
Go to ‘Items’ in your seller account and then select ‘My items’. Click on the relevant item and go to ‘Providers’ at the top of the bar. This page provides the following information per provider:
- Rating
- Selling price
- Delivery time
- Condition
- Buy box
This information matches what the customer sees when they click 'shop this item - available from other partners' on the product page. By filtering by the Netherlands or Belgium, you can easily see which partners also offer your item in each country and who has the buy box. With the ‘Sort’ button, you can sort by price, delivery time, and condition. The medal icon indicates which partner currently has the buy box. Who has the buy box depends on the price, delivery time, and performance score (note: the rating is one of the service standards of the performance score).
