The benefits of setting your own delivery promise

You can set up your delivery promise via the seller account when you use 24-hour delivery. The benefits of setting your own delivery promise are:

  • You can set your own working days and hours
  • You can choose the delivery promise 'Ordered today before 11:59 PM, delivered tomorrow'
  • 'Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Monday' is also possible
  • 'Ordered on Thursday evening, delivered on Saturday' is possible
  • The customer can choose a different (later) delivery moment

How to set up your own delivery promise

Go to 'My shop' via 'Settings' and choose the 'Delivery Promise' option. In this screen, you can indicate on which days you work and until what time, on which days your transporter works, and whether customers can choose a specific delivery day.

How do I apply my own delivery promise?

After you have set up your own delivery promise and clicked 'Save', it can be applied directly to one or more items via 'My items'. You can apply the delivery promise per item, via the Excel file, or via the API:

  • Set delivery promise per item
    In the seller account, it is possible to set the delivery time per item under 'My items'. Choose the option 'MijnLeverbelofte' if you want to use the delivery times you have set yourself.
  • Set delivery promise via Excel
    In the Excel file, choose the option 'MijnLeverbelofte' under the heading 'Deliverycode'.
  • Set delivery promise via the API
    To set up your own delivery promise via the API, choose the delivery code 'MijnLeverbelofte'. Look at this page for more information.
