Because we operate on a large scale, you can benefit from competitive basic rates. In addition, the price structure of Shipping via bol, with its 7 price tiers, offers you extra benefits if you send more parcels. We also offer a very competitive rate for smaller quantities.

The more parcels you send, the more affordable Shipping via bol becomes for you. This applies to both Shipping via bol Standard and Shipping via bol Complete.

• The number of parcels you send determines your price tier. On the 15th of the month, before each new quarter (March 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15), we check the shipping data from the last 52 fully completed weeks. A week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
• Based on the shipping data, we will assign you to one of the 7 price tiers for the following month. This ensures that your rate aligns as closely as possible with your actual volume.
• Do you have multiple seller accounts under one Chamber of Commerce number? Then we add up the shipments from each seller account to make the calculation.

With Shipping via bol, you benefit from the economies of scale we create together, and thus from attractive rates. Within Shipping via bol, you can choose between Shipping via bol Standard and Shipping via bol Complete. Below you can read what the different options entail.

Shipping via bol Standard

With Shipping via bol Standard, you drop off your parcels at a drop off point yourself, or have them picked up. Shipping via bol Standard is carried out by DHL or the Ampère-PostNL partnership. You can see in your seller account which carrier(s) you can use.

With Shipping via bol Complete, we pick up all your parcels from you.

• Orders up to 3:00 PM: DHL or Ampère-PostNL, picked up the same day
• Orders between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM: Ampère-PostNL, picked up the same day
• Orders between 3:00 PM and 11:59 PM: Ampère-PostNL, picked up the next morning and delivered the same day by carrier Ampère.

Enjoy the benefits of Shipping via bol Complete, without paying pick up costs? With Shipping via bol Complete with self drop off, you can drop off your parcels at a number of fulfilment partners that are Ampère drop off points. View the available locations here.

• All rates on this page are exclusive of VAT.
• The labels you create via Shipping via bol are not insured, but there is a 75% reimbursement for lost shipments.
• Shipping via bol with pick-up service is a weekly subscription where your parcels are picked up standard from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Do you not need a pick-up appointment, for example, because no orders have been placed? The appointment will still be charged.
