Within Shipping via bol, you have the option to also ship your other volume via bol. We call this Multi Channel Collection. Tiered pricing applies to Multi Channel Collection. Read more about the rates below.
Shipping via bol with Multi Channel Collection
The rates below apply when you also ship your other volume via bol. This means we handle the delivery of packages ordered via bol, as well as packages ordered through your other sales channels. We also call this Multi Channel Collection (MCC). MCC is facilitated by Ampère.

With MCC, all your packages are picked up by Ampère in the afternoon, simultaneously with your Shipping via bol shipments. You can also choose to drop off your packages at an Ampère point simultaneously with your Shipping via bol shipments. These will be delivered by PostNL the next day. You can only use MCC if you use Shipping via bol Standard or Shipping via bol Complete. The rates on this page only apply to your MCC volume. The pricing structure is designed so that the more packages you send, the more advantageous the price you get. We also ensure a good rate for smaller quantities. With a larger number of shipments via bol, you benefit from economies of scale in addition to that advantageous basic rate.

*Please note, these rates are based on volumes. Additional discounts and surcharges may apply. For example, you can get a discount if you are an Ampère drop-off point. There are surcharges for non-standard sizes and weights.

Good to know:
- All rates on this page are exclusive of VAT.
- The assessment of the price tier is on an annual basis; please refer to 'Shipping via bol shipments per year' for this. The variable 'Shipping via bol shipments per working day' in the tables is rounded.
- All different types of shipments via Shipping via bol (letterbox package, parcel, packages to Belgium, etc.) are added together for classification into the correct volume tier. This aggregation takes place at the Partner ID level, so volumes from individual Retailer ID accounts are combined.
- The labels you create via Shipping via bol are not insured.
- The carriers for Shipping via bol apply surcharges for packages that do not meet the dimensions and conditions.
- Shipping via bol with pickup service is a weekly subscription where your packages are picked up Monday through Friday as standard (excl. public holidays). This means that if no pickup appointment is needed, for example, if no orders have been placed, the appointment will still be charged.
