New product groups available for refurbished sales
Good news for sustainable partners: new product groups are available for refurbished sales via bol. This allows you to further expand your offer and respond to the growing customer demand for more sustainable alternatives.
Which new product groups are available?

The complete and current list of all product groups can be found on the Refurbished Assortment Policy page. We update this list as soon as new categories are available for sale.
How do you request selling rights?
To sell refurbished items, you need to request selling rights. You can do this via your seller account. Make sure you have read the additional conditions and have your supporting documents ready, such as purchase invoices, test documentation, and photos per grade.
Do you already have selling rights for refurbished? Then the new product groups automatically apply if you submit an application for them.
Not yet connected to the Refurbished Offer API?
Please note: offering refurbished product range is currently only possible via the Refurbished Offer API. We are working to make this possible via the seller account as well.
Additional Refurbished conditions for Xiaomi extended
Are you planning to offer Xiaomi brand items as refurbished soon? From July 22, we will extend the refurbished conditions and you will need to provide additional documents to be allowed to offer these items on our platform.
Do you currently already have refurbished selling rights? In that case, we also need the requested documents from you.
